CARE BEGINS BEFORE THE TRIP

A caring team.
Experienced support.

20 yearsof medical billing experience
behind our billing service

We offer private-pay transportation and accept many major insurance plans.

Before transport, our team reviews the patient’s transportation needs and applicable medical necessity requirements, then checks insurance benefits, coverage limitations, and any authorization requirements. We also help explain potential out-of-pocket costs.

We understand that insurance coverage can be confusing. Our billing service brings 20 years of medical billing experience to help patients and families navigate coverage questions, documentation, and billing—including primary and secondary insurance.

Coverage and payment are subject to your individual insurance plan’s requirements and final determination.
